Job Details
- Help deliver quality care to patients: Scheduling, Access, Services
- Liaison for patient access, focused on improvements and workflow education as it relates to ambulatory access.
- Coordinates patient access, including assistance with scheduling, escalation of issues, and advocates for patients.
- Analyzes patient information and data, providing reports and feedback on trends to leadership.
- Supports strategic plans and goals around patient access while acting as a partner with patients.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Associates Degree Preferred
- 3 Years experience of Medical Office Experience
