What You’ll Do
  • Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Oversee client accounts including commercial management, contract negotiation, pricing, and order fulfillment.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts while pursuing new business development.
  • Leverage knowledge of automotive products and processes to support clients and provide technical guidance.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Analyze industry trends and market data to recommend strategies for expansion and competitiveness.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast projections to drive results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing and supply chain dynamics.
  • Ability to navigate complex client needs with a working knowledge of engineering processes (engineering degree not required).
  • Experience with leading EV or high-performance automotive companies is a strong plus.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and market trends.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a drive for results.
