Job Details

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for tax solutions.
Understand client needs and objectives, providing strategic guidance and tailored solutions to meet their goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive tax strategies and deliver value-added services.
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in tax regulations to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or other relevant certification preferred.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in tax consulting or related field, with a demonstrated track record of success.
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
