We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The selected individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing expert advice, and driving sales in the Engineering industry. This role is perfect for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for engineering and client service.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges to provide suitable solutions.
2. Utilize your engineering knowledge to provide consulting services, including problem-solving and process improvement strategies.
3. Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Provide detailed reports and feedback to senior management about product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest engineering trends and technologies to provide current and prospective clients with the best possible solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or consulting role within the engineering industry.
3. Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
5. Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical business context.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
7. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficient in using job site tools and software.
9. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
