We are currently seeking a dynamic Accountant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to bring their expertise in accounting and finance to a thriving and fast-paced environment. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciling account balances, Journal Entries, maintaining general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures. They will also be tasked with conducting detailed analyses of financial statements and comprehensive fiscal reports. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a keen eye for detail.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
2. Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences.
3. Prepare adjusting journal entries.
4. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
5. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
6. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.
7. Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
8. Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals.
9. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. CPA certification is preferred.
3. 5+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
4. Proficiency in audit and in-depth knowledge of auditing principles and standards.
5. Excellent computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to direct and supervise.
8. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
9. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
10. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
11. Sound independent judgement and excellent problem-solving skills.
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
14. Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation.
15. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results.
