Job Details

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare journal entries and monthly ledger reconciliations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate costs for new projects and quotes
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
  • Support the Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
  • Reconcile inventory (WIP, raw materials, finished goods) and perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Participate in monthly close, annual audits, and budgeting
  • Assist with payroll journal entries and train to take ownership of the bi-weekly payroll process
  • Support cycle counts and participate in physical inventory

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Epicor or another ERP system preferred
  • Exposure to ADP Workforce Now is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • High personal integrity and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
