We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, Post Journal Entries, Sales and use tax audit, and Fixed Asset Accounting. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and salary packages.



Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company
• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Reconcile accounts and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded
• Conduct Sales and use tax audit and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain and update Fixed Asset Accounting records
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Provide support during audits and other financial reviews
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, Post Journal Entries, Sales and use tax audit, and Fixed Asset Accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
