Job Details

  • Assists with migration of multiple corporate entity financial records into Yardi
  • Record corporate and partnership entity transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assists with the review of monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
  • Reconciles corporate entities bank accounts.
  • Prepares monthly financial statements and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Corporate and partnership entity treasury functions.
  • Administers third party business platforms.
  • Prepares local tax returns and annual filings for applicable municipalities.
  • Assists in preparation of annual budgets for all entities.
  • Reconciles all corporate and partnership entity balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Prepares workpapers for annual audits and tax returns by outside auditors.
  • Maintains and organizes documents in Sharepoint.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned by Controllers, Director of Accounting and Finance, CAO and CFO.
