We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in public accounting. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights into business performance.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA designation or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Thomson Reuters suite of programs, electronic workpapers, and QuickBooks a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
