We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team in the finance industry. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in public accounting. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights into business performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA designation or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Thomson Reuters suite of programs, electronic workpapers, and QuickBooks a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
