A bit about us:

We are a boutique wealth management firm dedicated to delivering personalized financial strategies to high-net-worth individuals and families. As we expand into the Scottsdale market, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant/Bookkeeper to support our financial operations and help establish a strong foundation for our new office.

What You’ll Do:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Support the leadership team with ad hoc financial tasks and reporting
Assist in preparing documentation and reports for compliance audits and regulatory filings

Job Details

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Experience with compliance preparation and audit support
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
