Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, offering the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will be tasked with managing a variety of accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliation, inventory analysis, fixed assets, cycle counting, and more. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing monthly reporting packages, managing ACH payments, conducting audits, and interacting with our esteemed customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
2. Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
3. Manage the entire inventory analysis process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Oversee and manage the cycle count program, including the coordination, execution, and analysis of counts.
5. Develop a comprehensive monthly reporting package to provide key financial information to senior management.
6. Process ACH transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
7. Conduct regular audits to ensure financial procedures are being adhered to and identify potential areas for improvement.
8. Foster positive relationships with our customers, addressing their queries and ensuring their satisfaction with our financial processes.
9. Utilize Excel to create spreadsheets, charts, and reports that support financial analysis and findings.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the Finance industry.
3. Proficiency in managing journal entries, cost accounting, reconciliation, inventory analysis, fixed assets, cycle counting, and other key accounting tasks.
4. Proven experience in developing monthly reporting packages and managing ACH payments.
5. Experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
6. Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to handle customer queries and build positive relationships.
7. Proficiency in using Excel for creating spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
8. Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
