A bit about us:

We are a not-for-profit generation and transmission electric utility with headquarters in Kentucky. The cooperative is owned and governed by 16 member-owned electricity distribution co-ops. The vital mission is to safely generate and transmit affordable, reliable power to these cooperatives serving more than 1 million Kentuckians. Together with our owner-members, we’re known as Kentucky’s Touchstone Energy Cooperatives.

Job Details

 Analyzes RTO transactions, reviews settlements and related reports completed by ACES, and tracks disputes
 Works closely with Power Supply and Performance and Improvement groups to resolve and research issues to ensure RTO purchases and sales are properly reconciled and recorded at month-end
 Analyzes and validates all other power and transmission revenues, and related costs
 Validates RTO, Power and Transmission vendor invoices for payment
 Prepares wholesale power billing using MVPBS
 Evaluates wholesale contracts and tariffs to determine required updates to MVPBS

Key Requirements

Education:
 Bachelor’s degree in a related area required. Any equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
 Advanced degrees and/or certifications, including CPA, preferred.
