Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Accounting Advisory Senior Associate, you will be responsible for:

1. Assisting clients in solving complex accounting and financial reporting challenges, such as revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease accounting (ASC 842).
2. Providing technical accounting guidance and advice to clients on a variety of transactions and events.
3. Reviewing, researching, and drafting technical accounting memos on a variety of complex topics.
4. Assisting clients with the preparation and review of financial statements, footnotes, and other disclosures.
5. Working closely with engagement teams to deliver high-quality, professional services.
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor.
7. Participating in and contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Accounting Advisory Senior Associate role will have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm, advisory services firm, or similar environment.
2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or equivalent.
3. Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience, including deep understanding of ASC 606 and ASC 842.
4. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
6. A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. A commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
8. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
