Join a collaborative accounting & operations team as an Accounting Associate. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Chief Operating and Compliance Officer to support financial processes and help ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. We are open to recent graduates with an Accounting degree or folks with a few years of accounting experience!

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Manage general ledger activities and support monthly and annual close processes.
  • Conduct billing, invoicing, and quarterly audits.
  • Monitor and improve internal controls and compliance procedures.
  • Identify and address potential compliance risks or policy violations.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and best practices.
  • Assist in preparing reports for senior leadership and regulatory agencies.
  • Review and provide feedback on colleagues’ work to maintain compliance standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in an accounting-related role.
  • Strong Excel and QuickBooks skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid analytical and numerical abilities.
  • Familiarity with compliance processes.
  • Experience using myRIA is a plus, but not required.
  • CPA is a plus, but not required.
