Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess existing accounting resources and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the Chart of Accounts (COA) Conversion ensuring accuracy and consistency across business units.
  • Oversee the ERP system conversion, managing cross-functional collaboration, timelines, and testing.
  • Coordinate the Stampli implementation for invoice processing.
  • Provide training and support on SEER accounting processes and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Assist with the conversion of banking systems and corporate card programs.
  • Evaluate and support state and local tax filing processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Coordinate and manage data requests related to purchase accounting.
  • Prepare for and support a transition to Regional Accounting Manager, taking on increased responsibilities as readiness is achieved.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of accounting or systems integration experience.
  • Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Successware, Sage Inacct).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting COA and ERP conversions.
  • Experience with Stampli or similar AP automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • CPA or working toward certification is a plus.
