- Assess existing accounting resources and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead the Chart of Accounts (COA) Conversion ensuring accuracy and consistency across business units.
- Oversee the ERP system conversion, managing cross-functional collaboration, timelines, and testing.
- Coordinate the Stampli implementation for invoice processing.
- Provide training and support on SEER accounting processes and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Assist with the conversion of banking systems and corporate card programs.
- Evaluate and support state and local tax filing processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Coordinate and manage data requests related to purchase accounting.
- Prepare for and support a transition to Regional Accounting Manager, taking on increased responsibilities as readiness is achieved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting or systems integration experience.
- Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Successware, Sage Inacct).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting COA and ERP conversions.
- Experience with Stampli or similar AP automation tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- CPA or working toward certification is a plus.
