A bit about us:
We’re seeking an Accounting Manager with strong consolidations experience to oversee the preparation of internal financial statements for a parent company with both domestic and international operations. This role will also support external audit requests and ensure compliance across the consolidated group.

Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Lead consolidations and prepare accurate, timely monthly reporting packages.
- Oversee a team responsible for fixed assets and cash accounting; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Manage the close process, ensuring cross-departmental coordination and timely completion.
- Review intercompany and related-party transactions to ensure proper recording and elimination.
- Review consolidated cash flow statements and complex financial reports.
- Collaborate with other accounting leaders to align on departmental goals and process improvements.
- Implement new procedures to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
- Support both internal and external audits with required documentation and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Big 4 public accounting experience is required.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, intercompany transactions, and complex consolidation activities.
- Skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience guiding and developing accounting staff.
