Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal financial regulations
Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other key documents
Reconcile bank statements with general ledger entries
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
Maintain precise records of all financial transactions
Conduct audits and resolve any discrepancies
Collaborate closely with company leadership and the headquarters team in Hong Kong
Support various ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (strongly preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience
Solid understanding of accounting regulations and principles, including GAAP
Experience with general ledger functions and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of ethics and integrity
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
