Job Duties:

• Lead Accounting team
• Coordinate daily responsibilities of the team to ensure efficient and timely processing
• Develop goals and expectations of team members and department
• Assist with staffing, including hiring and performance management
• Develop, train, and mentor new and existing team members
• Develop, update and organize a SOP guide for Accounting functions
• Performs critical financial analysis and prepare monthly financial reporting
• Perform Operating analysis and reporting

Job Requirements:

• 5+ yrs. experienced as an Accounting Manager or Lead Financial Analyst role
• B.S. Accounting or Finance
• Strong general ledger accounting experience
• ERP systems (i.e. Eclipse ERP)
