We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our Accounting + Finance division, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to our clients in areas such as financial reporting, ledger management, financial analysis, and more. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, outstanding leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services.
2. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Oversee general ledger functions and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions.
4. Provide expert advice on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
5. Develop and implement effective financial strategies to help clients improve their financial performance.
6. Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
7. Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.
9. Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and financial analysis.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
5. Excellent leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6. Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
7. Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
8. Proficiency in accounting software and other relevant tools.
9. High level of integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
