• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry a huge plus

The Accounting Manager will oversee general ledger accounting, monthly closes and reporting, and financial statement preparation. Additional key duties include:

• Ensuring accurate recording of accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, assets, and all other transactions
• Preparing account reconciliations, variance analysis, and other monthly close tasks
• Supporting FP&A processes with budget preparation and financial modeling/analysis
• Providing insight on profitability by product line, country and customer
• Leading efforts to streamline processes and reduce costs related to the accounting and finance function
