A bit about us:

This opportunity is with a well-established, privately held manufacturer that combines the stability of a global parent organization with the agility of a mid-sized business. The company operates autonomously within a larger Fortune 200 industrial group, offering the best of both worlds—deep resources, proven systems, and a culture that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Locally, the team is known for producing highly specialized equipment used in critical testing environments across a range of industries, including aerospace, energy, and advanced manufacturing. It’s a collaborative, low-ego workplace where finance plays a visible role and leaders lead by example. They offer meaningful work, strong internal support, and a culture where people stay and grow.

If you’re looking for a company that blends stability, purpose, and practical leadership—this is it.

Why join us?

They’re well-backed, growing steadily, and operate with the kind of long-term mindset you don’t often see. Their culture blends hands-on practicality with real career growth. The finance team is close-knit and works cross-functionally with the rest of the business. It’s the kind of place where your ideas can influence outcomes, not just processes.
