Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and explain key drivers of financial results
  • Ensure accuracy of general ledger, financial statements and reports.
  • Support consolidation and intercompany accounting for entities.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with US GAAP for CSL, NMS, and external partners.
  • Assist with compliance with IRS rules and state regulations as they relate to company filings.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting process & analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support audits and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Senior Leadership) to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives.
  • Maintain and enforce accounting policies and internal controls
  • Manage monthly invoicing process – including future oversite of this function.


Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience required, or a related field.
Sage Intacct experience a plus
Understanding of business analysis and GAAP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
