We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring that our financial statements are accurate and up-to-date. You will be working closely with the executive team to drive growth and profitability while maintaining financial integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Manage and monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
• Manage relationships with external auditors and other financial institutions
• Provide financial analysis and support to the executive team to drive business decisions
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals
• CPA certification is a plus
