We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a significant role in managing and coordinating all aspects of our company's accounting operations.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a significant role in managing and coordinating all aspects of our company's accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Manage and supervise accounting department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
- Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.
- Lead and manage the monthly financial close process and ensure timely, accurate and complete results.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
- Implement and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Develop budget and financial forecasts; provide financial analyses as needed.
- Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the senior management team.
- Coordinate or assist with the coordination of the annual audit process.
- Perform and oversee the monthly balancing and reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
- Review and manage all ledger accounts and entries.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
- Interact with other department heads to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
