Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to spearhead the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing accounts receivable/payable, reconciliation, and entries. This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who can oversee our financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable, receivable, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Responsibilities:

1. Directly responsible for all general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and Financial reporting and analysis reporting to the company owner.
2. Manage operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of transactions including ledger maintenance, billings, disbursements, reconciliations, and reports.
3. Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of business results.
4. Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to the Owner and others in management (financial performance, projections, and other special projects as required).
5. Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division and cash flow by divisions.
6. Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls.
7. Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting position.
3. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is a must.
4. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
5. Proven experience with financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
9. Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
