Job Details
Oversee and manage daily financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and banking activities

- Manage team to complete month end closing process for timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP

- Monitor and analyze ERP process controls and recommend improvements for best practices adherence
- Analyze and maintain labor and overhead rates with Controller to support accurate product costing
- Assist Controller with development and implementation of accurate product cost standards
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to maintain cashflow efficiencies
- Ensure tax filing obligations are completed accurately and timely
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and P&L account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Complete consolidating activities for month end closing process
- Assist Controller in development of annual master budget and manage monthly reporting to department managers for effective oversight of controllable costs
- Oversee development and reporting of CAPEX spending and provide explanations on actuals versus project budgets
- Provide ad hoc reporting to department managers as needed to support financial and operational KPI achievements
- Manage team to support annual year end audit engagement ensuring timely completion of PBC request list and appropriate follow up as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must demonstrate the ability to manage a team of direct reports
- Must be able to work effectively and collaborate with department managers
- Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and adhere to deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in manufacturing space required
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems required
- MS Office experience is required with advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups, etc.)
