Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our leading technology firm. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of all financial operations, including the management of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and monthly reconciliations. This role also requires a deep understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, US GAAP, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Proficiency in Mandarin is also a significant plus as our business continues to expand globally.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including AP, AR, and month-end reconciliations.
2. Ensuring compliance with SOX and US GAAP regulations, and staying updated on any changes to these standards.
3. Participating in M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
4. Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and external auditors.
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Coordinating with the finance team to complete annual audits and provide recommendations for improving the organization's financial performance.
7. Providing guidance and leadership to the accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Accounting Manager position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be a plus.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial accounting role, preferably in the technology industry.
3. Strong knowledge of SOX and US GAAP regulations.
4. Experience in M&A activities, including due diligence and financial integration.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable due to our company's global operations.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
