Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to drive the transformation of the Finance & Accounting team for long-term scalability, process efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Lead or support the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of new systems and tools, including ERP (NetSuite preferred) and financial reporting platforms such as OneStream.
  • Act as a liaison between the F&A team and IT to escalate and resolve technical issues that impact finance operations.
  • Support the Controller in the design, documentation, and enforcement of robust internal control processes to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal accounting policies, and F&A procedures.
  • Help identify and execute opportunities to leverage OneStream for enhanced financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while championing adoption and training across the finance team.
  • Assist with the consolidation of financials and reporting in accordance with both US GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Proactively contribute to transformation and process improvement initiatives, helping to drive automation, consistency, and accuracy throughout the financial close process and reporting cycle.
  • Analyze and deliver data-driven insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team’s strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Accounting (MAcc), MBA, or CPA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis, ideally starting in a Big Four accounting firm, consulting environment, or in a high-performing corporate F&A team.
  • Strong understanding and application of U.S. GAAP; experience with IFRS a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems—NetSuite strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with financial consolidation and reporting platforms; OneStream proficiency a strong advantage.
