Position Overview: The Controller will be responsible for managing our accounting team and operations. This includes but is not limited to financial statement preparation, staff leadership, internal and external audit, reporting, month end close, compliance, and risk aversion.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Bank account reconciliation
• General ledger reconciliation & analysis
• Control the AR process
• Documentation within Vista (Viewpoint)
• Job costing: estimates, lien filing, asset requisitions
• Annual closing & audit

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years accounting experience
• 3+ years accounting management
• 3+ years construction accounting
• Vista (Viewpoint) ERP experience
• Financial Statement preparation experience
