Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes, including general ledger oversight and financial statement preparation
- Analyze profit & loss results and deliver concise reports to operational leadership
- Supervise, coach, and develop junior accounting staff (onshore and offshore)
- Coordinate audit activities and support client engagements
- Contribute to strategic planning and long‑term growth initiatives
- Manage cash flow across multiple entities; produce and interpret cash flow statements and balance sheet reconciliations
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Spearhead special projects—software evaluations, efficiency enhancements, policy updates, and other process improvements
- Build relationships with executive‑level stakeholders at client organizations
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the finance function
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum five years’ accounting experience, including at least one year in a leadership role
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP and strong organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with ERP implementations and Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a plus
