We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to support a growing client portfolio. This role sits within the Accounting and Finance team and focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting, overseeing core accounting functions, and advising clients on financial strategy. You’ll be hands-on while also leading workstreams and mentoring junior staff.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead client engagements and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Oversee general ledger activity and ensure accurate, timely transactions
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts
  • Analyze financial data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
  • Implement process improvements to strengthen financial operations
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver complete client solutions
  • Stay current on accounting standards, regulations, and market trends
  • Mentor and develop junior team members

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong experience with financial reporting, general ledger, and analysis
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Clear communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience with accounting systems and reporting tools
  • High integrity and attention to detail
