Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring that all accounting processes are in compliance with GAAP regulations. This is a full-time permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled in accordance with GAAP regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including developing and monitoring budgets and financial projections.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurately reported and that financial goals are met.
• Manage the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP regulations and best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, including experience in cost accounting and manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GAAP regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
