Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Operations
  • Oversee, assign, and support the accounting team’s daily functions
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance
  • Implement and enhance internal controls and department procedures
  • Drive efficiency while maintaining strong accuracy and compliance standards

Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • Manage the month-end close process, journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Prepare and review financial reports in line with US GAAP
  • Ensure strong internal controls and audit readiness
  • Collaborate across departments to analyze costs, improve KPIs, and identify profitability opportunities

Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning efforts
  • Partner with stakeholders on capital investment planning and ROI tracking
  • Streamline processes for accurate, timely financial insights

Talent Development & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Use performance and talent management tools to build a strong finance team
  • Influence cross-functional leaders through data-driven insights
  • Continually evaluate and improve workflows and resource utilization

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA a plus; CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of accounting leadership experience
  • 2+ years in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to cost accounting
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and lead through change
