FULLY REMOTE + High Growth Construction & Manufacturing Firm + Fantastic Leader
A bit about us:
We are a privately held, fast-growing manufacturer scaling our operations and investing heavily in the finance and systems backbone that will support that growth. We build products in a hands-on manufacturing environment, and we are at an inflection point: standing up our accounting function, modernizing our ERP, and creating the scalable processes that will carry us through a period of significant expansion. We value people who take ownership, find a way through problems, and are simply good to work with.
Why join us?
- Fully remote: work from almost anywhere in the US, with only occasional travel
- Build, don't maintain: own and design the close, reconciliations, and cost processes from the ground up
- Real growth story: leadership is targeting aggressive multi-year growth, so your work compounds
- Clear runway: a genuine path to grow into a Controller seat as the function and team scale
- Shape the systems: help support a greenfield ERP implementation and a cash-to-accrual transition
- Direct access to leadership: report straight to the CFO, with no layers in between
- People-first culture: high standards paired with flexibility, where being a good person and a hard worker matters as much as technical skill
