Job Details
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee billing and collections functions while supporting key financial operations across the Firm. Reporting directly to the CFO/Controller, you will manage a team of Billing Clerks, an e-Billing Coordinator, an Accounts Receivable Clerk, and a Collections Analyst.

Your responsibilities include:
- Billing & Collections: Lead monthly client invoicing, manage complex billing scenarios, oversee e-billing processes, monitor accounts receivable, and mentor billing staff.
- Accounting & Financial Reporting: Manage month-end close, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with audits and partnership tax returns.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Provide support across departments, guide your team, and serve as a trusted resource for attorneys and professional staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA a plus)
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a professional services environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Elite, Microsoft Office, and other accounting/office software
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
