Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reporting for banking and/or finance partners
  • Coordinate with 3rd party tax consultants for annual tax return preparation
  • Communicate regularly with company ownership and/or affiliate management on the financial status of the company

Operational Oversight:
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and efficient job data delivery for billing purposes.
  • Coordinate with operations management to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Crew and Staff Management:
  • Track and manage service crew schedules and assignments in order to maintain accurate job cost accounting.
  • Manage staff budgeting and payroll.

Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the management team to align financial and operational goals.
  • Provide training and support to staff on financial and operational procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and operations management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with hydraulic fracturing operations or pressure pumping services preferred.
