- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit necessary reporting for banking and/or finance partners
- Coordinate with 3rd party tax consultants for annual tax return preparation
- Communicate regularly with company ownership and/or affiliate management on the financial status of the company
Operational Oversight:
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and efficient job data delivery for billing purposes.
- Coordinate with operations management to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Crew and Staff Management:
- Track and manage service crew schedules and assignments in order to maintain accurate job cost accounting.
- Manage staff budgeting and payroll.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the management team to align financial and operational goals.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial and operational procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and operations management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with hydraulic fracturing operations or pressure pumping services preferred.
