Job Details
- Own job-related billing & invoicing processes using QuickBooks Online
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and project managers for timely payments
- Track and analyze job costing, labor allocation, and profitability
- Lead AR collections, monthly close, payroll prep, and financial reporting
- Prepare internal audit docs, ensure GAAP and compliance adherence
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in accounting/finance—bonus if in construction/restoration
- Expert in QuickBooks Online and job costing best practices
- Strong understanding of AR, insurance invoicing, and progress billing
- Top-tier organization, Excel, and communication skills
- Preferably experienced with lien waivers, AIA billing, or compliance docs
