Job Details
This role is a very unique role. It will be a mix of Accounting/Finance and Marketing/administrative mixed in. They are looking for somewhat of a "swiss-army knife" that is wanting to learn different things and be able to thrive in different projects.
This is a HYBRID ROLE - 3 days in office // lots of 3 day weekends provided (built into the schedule)
The break down of the role would be:
60% Accounting/finance
40% Floater to other departments (Marketing + IT support)
QUALIFICATIONS:

60% Accounting/finance
- Assisting with invoices
- Processing invoices & monthly deposits
- Contacting vendors for discrepancies
- Setting up new AP Vendors as needed
- Assist in other projects as deemed by the CFO and Finance Lead
40% Floater to other departments (Marketing + IT support)
- Assisting the Marketing team with their projects
- can do things like arranging marketing shoots, photo shoots, taking part in them, etc.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues within the department
- Assist with other employees in ordering replacements or things related to the office and operations
- setting up inventory lists for internal departments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3+ years in Accounting/Finance
- Degree is preferred but does not necessarily need to be in Accounting/Finance
- TECH-SAVVY - be able to operate within Microsoft Office and other platforms (Sage is also used)
- Go-getter, being able to go from one task to another
- Interpersonal skills - ability to work with people in different departments
