Job Details

  • process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently (1000+ invoices/month).
  • Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving) to ensure accuracy of payments.
  • Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
  • Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries promptly.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting.

  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
