Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Accounts Payable (AP) function with prior AP management experience.
  • Develop deep expertise in vendor invoicing and payment requirements across corporate and HOA payables.
  • Assign and manage team workloads to ensure timely invoice processing and payments.
  • Create, document, and train team members on standardized procedures for all AP functions, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate expense coding in the AP subledger.
  • Partner with the Vendor Master Team to onboard new vendors in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain proficiency in invoice entry and support the team as needed.
  • Present weekly payment proposals to the Treasurer and Director of Treasury, including all outstanding invoices.
  • Monitor vendor discounts, prepare payment runs, and resolve discrepancies by reviewing contracts, invoices, and documentation.
  • Coordinate stop-payments with Treasury when necessary.
  • Process employee reimbursements for travel and entertainment expenses by verifying submitted reports.
  • Manage the corporate e-payables solution.
  • Extract and review annual 1099 vendor data for accuracy prior to submission to the Vendor Master Team.
  • Support cross-functional projects and provide backup coverage as needed.
