Job Details
The AP Manager will be responsible for managing the staff but also running a high functioning AP process:
Manage all AP processes ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Execute AP operations, handling processing, reconciliation, and reporting
Process weekly payments and oversee non-standard payments with proper documentation
Maintain vendor relationships and enforce compliance requirements
Implement continuous process improvements and automation
Support monthly close procedures including accruals and AP sub-ledger reconciliation
Ensure compliant 1099 preparation and filing
Collaborate across departments on invoice, payment, and policy issues
