We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual for a Consulting Accounts Payable: Master Data Clean up role in the Healthcare Industry. This position will play a critical role in the financial health of our organization by ensuring the accuracy of master data, conducting audits, and reconciling discrepancies. If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for data accuracy and a deep understanding of accounts payable, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Accounts Payable: Master Data Clean up, you will be tasked with the following:
1. Review, analyze, and clean up master data within the accounts payable system.
2. Conduct regular audits to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
3. Identify any discrepancies in the accounts payable data and reconcile them promptly.
4. Collaborate with the finance and IT departments to resolve any system-related issues.
5. Develop and implement efficient processes for data entry and management.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to accounts payable and data management.
7. Provide training and support to other team members in managing and using accounts payable data.
8. Generate regular reports on master data status and data clean-up progress.
9. Participate in projects aimed at improving data quality and system efficiency.
10. Stay updated on the latest best practices in accounts payable and data management.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
2. Proven experience in data entry, auditing, master data clean up, and reconciliation.
3. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and regulations.
4. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve data discrepancies promptly.
6. Proficiency in using accounts payable systems and data management tools.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members from different departments.
8. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
9. Professional certification in accounts payable or data management will be an added advantage.
