Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all activities related to accounts payable and receivable, including the processing and verification of invoices.
2. Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data.
3. Prepare and present financial reports, providing clear and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service, handling phone calls and inquiries from clients and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
5. Manage purchase order systems and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and tracked.
6. Utilize accounting software effectively for check runs, payments, and other financial operations.
7. Maintain a systematic filing system for easy data retrieval and record keeping.
8. Handle collections and billings, ensuring timely payments and minimizing outstanding debts.
9. Process deposits and perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
10. Balance deposits and manage financial transactions to ensure all business operations run smoothly.
