Job Details
The AP Specialist will own end-to-end invoice processing (~800–1000, 2-way match). This role requires more than data entry; it’s about improving workflows, asking the right questions, and implementing smarter processes. The organization is moving toward digitization, automation, and better alignment.

- Process and code invoices accurately, with accountability for volume and quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements rather than simply executing tasks.
- Partner with finance leadership to integrate automation and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with AR and budgeting functions to strengthen overall financial operations.
- Support implementation of system features and future portal digitization projects.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience handling high-volume AP (~800–1000 invoices/month).
- Ability to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.
- No degree required — practical experience AP with GL coding experience
- Comfortable working onsite hybrid, especially during training.
