Job Details
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications:
- Full-cycle accounts payable
- Updating and processing accounts payable invoices.
- Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements.
- Assisting with reviewing income and expenses.
- Preparing regular reports.
- Assisting with other accounting-related duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar is ideal, but not required.
- Experience of manual processing of invoices and credit cards into ERP system.
- Maintaining external documents.
- Ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of months of accounts payable experience (internships included).
- Good organizational abilities.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and competency in computer software (e.g. SAP).
