Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Process vendor invoices with proper documentation and approvals
- Set up new vendors and verify banking information
- Manage AP email inbox and respond to inquiries
- Match invoices to purchase orders and requests
- Coordinate weekly check runs
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Handle credit memos and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate AP ledger and aging reports
- Prepare monthly accruals and support audit requests
- Review and approve employee expense reports
- Assist with year-end 1099 filings
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of AP experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with JD Edwards is a plus
