Job Details
- Process invoices for up to 300 items per week
- Monthly reconciliation of all vendors
- Weekly check runs, including joint check processing
- Management of receiving invoices, tracking and distribution for approval
- Detail oriented. Work closely with vendors and internal departments to ensure accurate payment processing.
