Job Details
The AR Manager will report to the Director of Accounts Receivable and manages AR for multiple healthcare services, including SNF, RCFE, outpatient clinics, psychiatric care, hospice, and CCRCs.
They lead the Fiscal AR team, overseeing billing follow-up, denial management, and SNF business office functions. The role focuses on team development, process improvement, and performance monitoring to maintain high standards.
