What You Should Have
What You Should Have
- 5+ years of experience at Real Estate company
- Solid background in Sourcing and Underwriting
- General understanding of the key valuation drivers for various property types
- Effective communication and presentation skills to work effectively with and present to a broad range partners, agencies and third-party managers
