- Collaborating with a diverse team for integrated care.
- Assisting in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Administering medications, monitoring patients, and documenting as needed.
- Caring for patients before and after surgery, including monitoring vital signs and managing pain.
- Educating patients and families on medical procedures, self-care, and recovery.
- Responding to critical situations using nursing standards and protocols.
- Ensuring care meets national standards and regulatory guidelines.
To be eligible, you should have:
- A valid Nebraska Registered Nurse license.
- At least a year of experience as a RN
- RNs with desire or experience in Orthopedic, PACU, Acute Care, ICU, Surgery, or Med Surg (preferred)
- Strong stress management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in nursing procedures, patient care, and medical protocols.
- Ability to work well in a team, handle multiple tasks, and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CPR or BLS certification.
